This week is the Singapore Airshow week and a big welcome to Singapore Airshow 2012! The air-show, which is held every two years, is the world's largest, behind Paris' Le Bourget and Britain's Farnborough. Are you guys ready to fly with the awesomeness plane? Let’s check out the largest aerospace display at the Changi Exhibition Centre now! In fact, this is my first time visiting the largest Airshow exhibition in Singapore. Hence, it’s also an eye opener for me to see and touch the latest aviation's finest. Yesterday's visitors came to gawk at the aerial displays and the static display of 60 aircraft in the outdoor area, including military planes, passenger airliners and luxury executive jets. Some of the featured aircraft displays are Boeing 787 Dreamliner, Dassault Falcon 900 LX, United States Air Force F-22 Raptor, F-15E Strike Eagle, F-35 Lightning II, Airbus A380 and etc… Without further do, let’s check out the aircraft display pictures (which i took during the event yesterday) below here! Visitors were given a chance to pose pictures with the Republic of Singapore Air Force's F-16D jet, while others climb in to check out its cockpit. Being at the airshow does allow you to have many photo taking opportunities on various planes / jets in action – providing the opportunity for some alternative views of the airshow.
Please stay tuned for my Part 2 / 2nd blog post on the Singapore Air Show 2012 for pictures taken during the aerial display in the skies yesterday! The flying participants included RSAF, Blair Aerosports, Royal Malaysian Air Force's Smokey Bandits, Royal Australian Air Force, performing synchronised as well as manoeuvres high up in the skies that had wowed speculators!! :-)
