As a photographer, i know the value of light and shadows in photography. Shadows can be used creatively by photographers, sometimes as the primary subject of the photo and sometimes just for interesting effects. That's the secret of effective presenting the subject of the photo.
When the light captures the object, the shadows help to enhance its appearance, underline its features. Shadows add the desired significance to the photo and highlight its mood. In a word, shadows are known as a powerful photographic element. That is the reason of my interest in shadow photography in which the shadows turn out to be in the focus of the photographer’s attention. Such works give a bit strange feeling that something is missed, for example, the object of the photo, but it is not quite correct. The shadows play the prime role in such shots and, as you see, this role is rather intriguing.
