Chinese New Year 2012 has a 15-day open house period and i always make an effort to catch up with some old friends during this festive season which made it one great celebration worth to remember this year. My this group of friends always try to make it as fun as possible meeting each other to revive those friendships we have built up over the years. And I am really happy of course for everything that has planned. I hope next year's CNY celebration will be even better than this year's, though we just entered into a new lunar new year. :-) All of us enjoyed this day tea party yesterday with so much laughter and smile created throughout the whole session. The whole group is very satisfied with what we have accomplished. Tea parties are a fun way to catch up with friends or a great way to celebrate most occasions! It is a really fun way to get together and if you get everyone to bring a little something with them in the form of cake, pantry, cookies and biscuits etc. This CNY tea party indeed had a wide spread of goody food, here goes the food list: Chocolate Chip Cookies, Assorted Sandwiches, Fried Chicken Wings, Fruit Cakes, Home-made Bak Kua, Chicken Curry, Lychee Jelly, Marmite & Cheese Toast and Ratatouilles Square, potato mash salad. A snap of a friend's happy family - Adeline & her hubby with their fun-loving daughter, En En. Above and Below are two snaps of happy Me with the group: (From top left: Christina, Me, Sijie, Catherine, Adeline, little En En and Catherine's gal, Sabrina) Above and Below are two snaps of the whole group excluding Meiling who left the CNY party earlier and Myself simply because i am the photographer for the event :-) From top left: Terence, Yujie, Adeline & her family, Christina, Sijie, Xiao Fan, Catherine and Sabrina. Now the above is a shot of me with the group excluding Yujie's hubby (Terence) who took over as the photographer for this group shot :-) Thanks to all my friends (Sijie, Adeline, Xiao Fan, Meiling, Christina, Catherine) for such wonderful food brought and served in this CNY Tea Party. Much Special thanks to the 2 hosts - Yujie and Terence - for their great hospitality. They just got married late last year (if you still remember my blog story on their wedding dinner affair posted in October 2011) and i am truly privileged / honoured to be invited for their first CNY year in their new house! I enjoyed myself very much at this CNY Tea Party and I certainly continue to look forward to celebrating many years of CNY with all of you!
I hope all of you (including my loyal photography blog readers) are enjoying Chinese New Year wherever you are. I wish all of you a healthy and abundant, happy and Prosperous Year of Dragon!! :-)
